La Real Michoacana 11 is a family-owned paleteria in Hurst, Texas, bringing the flavor of Michoacan to the community through paletas, nieves, elotes, aguas frescas, and Mexican antojitos. We proudly serve customers from Hurst and nearby cities including Bedford, Euless, North Richland Hills, Richland Hills, Fort Worth, Watauga, Colleyville, and Haltom City.

La Real Michoacana 11 was founded in 2018 by the Lucatero family, led by Esther Aguilar de Lucatero. What started as a dream to share authentic Michoacán-style treats with the Hurst community quickly became a beloved local destination.
Today, the paletería is proudly operated by the whole family — Esther, Adacza, Efren, and Hercy — each bringing their own energy and dedication to every paleta, nieve, and elote they prepare. At La Real Michoacana 11, you are not just a customer. You are part of the family.
Our Roots
Inspired by Tocumbo, Michoacán
Our recipes come from Tocumbo, Michoacán — a small town in western Mexico known around the world as the capital mundial de la nieve, the world capital of ice cream. For generations, families from Tocumbo have perfected the art of making paletas and nieves using fresh fruit, real ingredients, and time-honored techniques.
The Lucatero family carries this tradition forward. Every flavor we serve is rooted in the same methods and recipes that have made Tocumbo famous — brought all the way from Michoacán to Hurst, Texas, for you and your family to enjoy.
